The content you enter into the SRVN1 analysis tool (your questions, situations, and descriptions)

Session timing data and query count
Referring URL and language preference
A unique visitor identifier stored in your browser's local storage

3. How We Use Your Information

To deliver your session analysis and email your report
To enforce the one-session-per-device-per-24-hours limit
To detect and block automated bots and abuse
To understand how the Service is used in aggregate
To improve the quality, accuracy, and usefulness of the Service

4. Data Retention

Session content and email addresses are retained for up to 90 days for report delivery and service improvement. Analytics data including IP-derived geographic data and device data may be retained for up to 2 years. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us.

5. Email Communications

If you provide your email, we will send you your session analysis report from noreply@srvn1.com. We do not send marketing emails without your explicit consent. You can opt out of any future communications by replying to any email we send.

6. Cookies and Local Storage

SRVN1 uses browser local storage to store your anonymous visitor ID across sessions. No advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies are used. We do not use Google Analytics or similar services.

7. Third-Party Services

SRVN1 uses the Anthropic API to process your inputs and generate analysis. Your session content is transmitted to Anthropic's servers for processing under their privacy policy. We do not share your name or email with Anthropic or any other third party.

8. Service Improvement and Model Training

In order to continuously improve the quality, accuracy, and behavioral intelligence capability of SRVN1 and the underlying PNR Framework, we may utilize anonymized interaction data — including session inputs, AI-generated outputs, and engagement patterns associated with your session identifier — for internal research, development, training, fine-tuning, and validation of our proprietary models and analytical systems. Such utilization involves no personally identifiable information; your name, email address, IP address, and any other directly identifying data are strictly excluded from this process. Only your session identifier and associated behavioral interaction data may be incorporated into improvement workflows. By using the Service, you acknowledge and consent to this limited, non-identifying use of your session data for the purpose of advancing the Service's analytical capabilities. You may opt out of this use at any time by contacting us at heykukreja@gmail.com and referencing your visitor session ID, which is displayed in your browser's local storage under the key "srvn1_vid".

9. Security

We implement reasonable technical measures to protect your data. However, no internet transmission is completely secure. You use the Service at your own risk.

10. Children's Privacy

SRVN1 is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has submitted data to us, contact us immediately.
